We work hard to keep equipment specs, fleet sizes, and case-study numbers correct. They are still subject to confirmation at the time of booking — site conditions, model availability, and configurations can change. Always treat the booking confirmation as the source of truth, not the website.
Intellectual property
The Dynamic word mark, logo, photography, and copy on this site belong to Dynamic Crane Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and Dynamic Servitech Pvt. Ltd. Don’t reuse them without written permission.
JCB-related marks are used on jcbaccess.in only, under our authorised dealer agreement with JCB. They are not licensed for use on this rentals site.
User-submitted content
Anything you send through the lead or quote form is handled per our Privacy Policy. Don’t submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights.
Service availability
This is a marketing website. We aim for 99% uptime but offer no SLA on the site itself. Rental SLAs are defined in your rental contract, not here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability arising from your use of this site is capped at the amount you have paid us for services in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
